Refunds & Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of groceries:

  • Perishable items are generally non-returnable
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours
  • Photo documentation will be required

Refund approval is at our sole discretion.

Eligible Refunds

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened food items
  • Perishables beyond 24 hours
  • Customized restaurant meals

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
